Contains homoeopathic preparations of: Potassium chloride 6X (5 micrograms), Dibasic sodium phosphate dodecahydrate 6X (5 micrograms), Magnesium phosphate pentahydrate 6X (5 micrograms), Ferrous phosphate octahydrate 6X (5 micrograms)
Contains non-homoeopathic preparations of: Dibasic sodium phosphate 250 mg (equiv. to Sodium 80.97 mg), Magnesium phosphate pentahydrate 100mg (equiv. to Magnesium 20.66 mg), Iron phosphate 12mg (equiv. to Iron 4mg).

No more than 6 doses should be taken in any 24-hour period. Contains 52.43 mg of Potassium and 80.97 mg of Sodium per tablet. Contains Potassium. If you have kidney disease or are taking heart or blood pressure medicines, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use.
The recommended daily adult dose of this medicine contains 161.94 mg of elemental sodium.

Directions for use
Adults & Children 12 years & over: One tablet chewed or swallowed with water with morning & evening meals (2 tablets daily), or as professionally prescribed.
Children 2–11 years: Half a tablet chewed or crushed with liquid/food with morning & evening meals (1 tablet daily), or as professionally prescribed.
