We'll always do our best to make it right either by exchanging or refunding the full price of your product.

How to request a return
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please take a photo and contact us immediately. Images help us resolve issues quickly.
If you have product quality concerns that prevent you from consuming or using the product, please include the batch number, expiry date, and a photo if applicable.
To arrange a return, please log in to your account page or email us via our online form quoting  your order number and reason for return. If approved, weâll provide instructions and a return address.
You don't need to return a damaged item or an opened item unless requested.

We will consider return requests on a case by case basis, however reserve the right to refuse refunds if you've simply decided that you no longer want the product. This includes cases where specific details included in the product description have not been taken into consideration before purchase.
Shipping Costs
If you need to return a product, in most cases you are responsible for the costs of shipping it back to us.
Refund Process
Once your request is received, weâll be in touch if we need any more details and confirm it is accepted. If accepted your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you have paid by credit card, this may take slightly longer. If more than 15 business days have passed and your refund hasnât arrived, please contact us.
