Shipping policy

Order Processing Times
We are a small local business, proudly owned and operated in New Zealand. All of our online orders are processed individually, s, and dispatched directly from Auckland. 

This hands-on approach means things may take a little longer than with some of the larger online retailers you may be used to – but trust us, the wait will be worth it!  

All items are typically packed and delivered within 1–5 business days.

Help with making an order
Ordering online can sometimes throw up technical difficulties, so we’re here to support you if you are having trouble. If you are in need of assistance with an order due to technical issues, please don't hesitate to get in touch. For anything else, please make your order directly through the checkout.

Order Updates
When your order is ready to go, we’ll aim to confirm the details by email. If you haven't heard from us, please check your spam folder or reach out directly so we can confirm the status of your order in person.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are flat-rate based on order weight and address type (standard or rural). Please select the correct shipping option at checkout to avoid delays. We aim to always keep costs low, but rates may change due to market fluctuations.

Split Shipments
We always work to get the best value for you. Stock is shipped directly from the supplier. This means if you order multiple items, your order may arrive in different parcels, with the lowest shipping rate applied to all orders. 

Address Confirmation
We understand that some addresses are difficult to get right. To help things run smoothly, please double-check your contact details and delivery address when placing your order, especially if you live in a rural area. For more accurate delivery addresses, including the right postcode, please check the New Zealand Post website.

Shipping Exclusions
We do not currently ship internationally, and are unable to ship to the Chathams.
