Clear tones for vitality & calm. Supports healthy respiration, immune & digestive functions as well as natural recovery following illness.
Chest and Throat-To assist healthy respiration, add 5 drops to a steam inhalation or into 1ml Sweet Almond oil and apply as a chest rub. Repeat as required.
Healthy Feet -Kanuka oil has anti-fungal properties that can be useful in foot care. Add 1-2 drops directly to affected area. Add 15 drops to a footbath after visiting the gym or pools, enhance effect further with 5 drops Lemon and 2 drops Cinnamon Leaf.
Immune System -Add 5-10 drops to a bath throughout winter to promote a healthy immune system, especially when colds, flu and viral infections are about.
Digestion -Supports healthy digestion, as well as natural recovery in the intestines and colon following diarrhoea. Add 3 drops to 1 tsp of honey, add 1/4 cup warm water, stir and sip slowly. Repeat 3 times daily for 10 days.
