Helps with clear thinking, memory & concentration, as well as healthy digestion. Beneficial to help tension headaches & tense muscles.
Memory & Concentration -When used to support memory function, add 3-5 drops to your diffuser in the room where you study or work, or where concentration is required. Repeat as necessary.
Muscle Relief -To support healthy muscles when body and mind are under stress, add 3-5 drops to 10 drops of a carrier oil, such as Olive or Almond oil, and massage into the muscles. For optimum results this recipe can be enhanced by adding 3 drops of Peppermint oil and 3 drops of Lavender true. Repeat as necessary.
Digestion -To support normal digestion blend 2-3 drops in 2 ml of Olive oil and massage into your stomach in a clockwise direction. This recipe may be enhanced by adding 3 drops of Peppermint oil. Repeat as necessary
